This 3-bedroom gulf-front condominium in Inlet Beach had already received partial updates before the current owners purchased the property, but the furnishings and décor no longer reflected the elevated experience today’s luxury rental guests expect. Rather than renovating the existing kitchen and bathrooms, the owners chose to invest in thoughtfully curated furnishings, lighting, artwork, accessories, and décor to maximize the home's potential.

Our design focused on creating a cohesive flow throughout the condo, blending the existing finishes with sophisticated, comfortable furnishings that felt fresh, timeless, and welcoming. Every detail was selected to enhance the guest experience while giving the property a polished, luxury feel.

To minimize disruption to the owners' rental schedule, our team completed the entire installation in just two days between guest stays during the busy Spring Break season. The result is a beautifully refreshed beachfront retreat that feels both refined and inviting—helping the property stand out in a competitive vacation rental market.
