With sweeping Gulf views and an unbeatable beachfront location, this Seagrove condo had incredible potential—but its dated interiors failed to reflect the value of the property. The owners committed to a complete transformation, taking the condo down to the studs and undertaking a six-month renovation to create a one-of-a-kind coastal retreat.

The renovation included a fully redesigned kitchen, three completely remodeled bathrooms, three updated bedrooms, and an open-concept floor plan that maximizes both the views and the flow of the space. A custom stucco electric fireplace feature wall became the focal point of the living area, complete with floating shelves, a generous hearth for additional seating, and built-in storage that combines beauty and functionality.

To distinguish the property from every other rental unit in the building, we embraced a sophisticated Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, incorporating carefully selected furnishings, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
